Dustin leads the day-to-day operation of ROCK MFG’s transfer presses, ensuring smooth, consistent, and high-precision projectile production. With generational Lake City experience, he brings expertise that is rare in the industry and recognized by top manufacturers nationwide. Dustin oversees the press operators, fine-tunes equipment, and keeps every line running at peak performance. His hands-on leadership and deep technical knowledge make him a key force behind ROCK MFG’s reputation for reliability and quality in projectile manufacturing.

Richard runs ROCK MFG’s shipping operations with precision and urgency. With a foundation in Quality Control, he brings disciplined standards to every outbound load, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. Richard keeps freight moving, solves problems fast, and maintains the reliability our customers expect.

Rashid is a junior bookkeeper focused on building a strong foundation in accounting.

He is working toward his CPA, with plans to pursue the CFA, bringing discipline, accuracy, and a long-term mindset to the finance function. ROCK MFG actively supports junior talent and invests in ongoing education and professional growth.

Marita K. Murrman, Ed.D., M.S., is Professor Emerita of Sociomedical Sciences (SMS) at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Murrman is the former Director of the Mailman School of Public Health’s MPH Certificate Program in Health Promotion Research and Practice and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services funded Region II Public Health Training Center.
